Quickstart

Get Littlebird ready, ask a useful first question, capture a meeting, and choose what to explore next.

You do not need to configure everything at once. Start with the work already in front of you.

Let Littlebird learn your context

Install the desktop app, complete the permissions in the setup flow, and leave Context Awareness on while you work normally.

After Littlebird has seen a few documents, messages, or browser pages, open Chat:

Prompt

Summarize the main things I have been working on today. Include the relevant links and anything that appears unfinished.

If the answer is too broad, name the person, project, date, or document you care about. See the full setup guide if Littlebird is missing context.

Capture a meeting

Open Meeting Notes, select + New Note, then stop the recording when the conversation ends. Littlebird creates a transcript and editable summary you can use in Chat later.

Record your first meeting for the two available ways to begin.

Connect one useful tool

Open Settings → Integrations and connect the calendar or inbox you use most. A connected tool lets Littlebird work with information that may not be visible on your screen.

Start with Google Calendar, Gmail, or Outlook.

Make repeated work automatic

Once you find a prompt you want every day or week, turn it into a Routine. Littlebird runs it on your schedule and brings the result back to you.
