Connect Gmail so Littlebird can find open loops, work across your inboxes, and help you draft or send a grounded reply.

Four ways to use Gmail with Littlebird
Once you’re connected, you can work with email in natural language from Littlebird Chat. Here are four useful places to start.
Use case 1: Catch up on what came in
Ask Littlebird for a plain-language summary of recent email when you need the important threads without reading the inbox in order.
What emails did I receive today? Summarize the important ones.
Give me a recap of emails from this past week. Highlight anything that looks time-sensitive or needs a response.
What did Sarah send me last week?
Use case 2: Find a specific email or thread
You know the email exists, you just can’t find it. Instead of guessing at search terms in Gmail, describe what you’re looking for in plain language and let Littlebird track it down.
Find the email from Alex about the Q1 budget proposal from a few weeks ago.
Did I ever hear back from the design team about the homepage mockup?
Find the latest email thread with Jordan about the vendor contract.
Use case 3: Prepare for meetings and send follow-ups
Pull email context into your meeting prep or follow-up workflows. Combine Gmail with Littlebird’s other capabilities to walk into calls fully prepared, and close the loop after.
I have a call with Priya at 2 pm. Pull up any recent emails between us and summarize the key topics and open questions.
Summarize the email thread with the Acme team from the past two weeks. List any decisions made and any items still waiting on a response.
Based on my recent email exchanges with Tom, draft a short agenda for our check-in tomorrow.
Use case 4: Get a strategic view of your inbox
Use Littlebird to cut through inbox noise and identify what actually needs your attention. Great for busy mornings or end-of-week reviews.
Which emails from this week are still waiting on a reply from me?
Summarize all the emails I received from people outside my company this week.
Are there any emails from the past few days that mention a deadline or deliverable?
