Common tasks
Copy a practical prompt for finding information, preparing a meeting, creating work, researching, planning, or reflecting.
Start with the task in front of you. Replace anything in brackets, send the prompt, then tell Littlebird what would make the answer more useful.
The information and actions available to Chat depend on your collected context, connected integrations, and approved permissions.
Find something
Describe what you remember. You do not need the exact file name or location.
Find the Google Sheets link for the Q4 budget that Alex shared with me two or three weeks ago.
Prepare for a meeting
Ask for a finished briefing instead of collecting the background yourself.
Prepare me for my call with [name] at [time]. Summarize our recent conversations, find the latest project plan, and list any open action items. Give me a concise briefing followed by an agenda and three questions I should ask.
Draft from your work
Use notes, conversations, and existing documents to get past the blank page.
Based on my notes and conversations from [project], draft a one-page update for [audience]. Cover what changed, the decisions we made, what remains open, and the next steps. Use a direct, warm tone.
Research with context
Ask Littlebird to compare current web information with the goals and constraints already present in your work.
My team needs a better way to manage customer feedback. Review the problems mentioned in our recent project notes and team conversations, then research three current tools that fit our workflow. Compare the options in a table and recommend the strongest fit.
Plan a project
Give Littlebird the outcome first, then ask for a plan you can review and adjust.
Help me plan [project] with a target date of [date]. Use my recent notes and related conversations to identify the goal, major milestones, tasks, dependencies, and open decisions. Put the work in a sensible order and flag anything I should confirm with the team.
Keep the project in the same Chat while you refine the plan or draft the first deliverable. Start a separate Chat when one task needs a long working session of its own.
Review your week
Use the context from your work to spot where your attention went and what needs to happen next.
Review my work from the past week. Summarize the main projects I moved forward, important decisions, unfinished commitments, and where I spent the most time. Suggest my top three priorities for next week and one part of my workflow I could simplify.
