How to change your account email address

You can easily update the email address associated with your Littlebird account directly from your settings. This guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.

To change your email:

1. Navigate to Settings: Open the Littlebird app and click on your profile in the bottom left to open the main menu, then select Settings.

2. Go to the General Tab: In the Settings window, make sure you are on the General tab.

3. Initiate the Change: Click the edit icon (it looks like a pencil) next to your current email address.

4. Enter Your New Email: A field will appear. Type your new, desired email address here.

5. Verify the New Address: We'll immediately send a one-time password (OTP) to the new email address for verification. You'll also get a notification at your old email address letting you know a change was initiated.

6. Confirm and Log Out: Enter the OTP from your new email into the confirmation field in the app. Once you submit it, you will be automatically logged out for security.

7. Log Back In: You can now log back into Littlebird using your new email address and existing password.
